Warm ceramic tile reminiscent of Mexico welcomes you to a private, three room suite located in the lower
level of the home. An adobe-style gas log fireplace flickers on a wonderfully comfortable pine bedroom
ensemble dominated by the queen bed. A skylight, a large table for work or gaming, and a sofa make the
sitting room as versatile as it is pleasant.

Reservation Details
Highland Place Bed & Breakfast Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important
and special to us. A 1 night or 50% deposit, whichever is greater, is taken upon reservation. If your
travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior
to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and refund your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay
or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire
reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No Smoking ~ No Pets
Children Under 12. We love kids, too…but so many of our guests are seeking a quiet and relaxed
atmosphere. We have a room to accommodate younger children. Please call to make arrangements.
